When leasing a property Sam has the unique ability to make both the landlord and the tenant completely satisfied with the terms of the lease. He pays particular attention in explaining every detail of the Tenants requests and will always guide you into making the correct and fair decision for both parties. His layback, no fanfare manner makes it a pleasure to deal with him. Sam will always follow up a few weeks after a Tenant has moved in to see how they have settled in and if any issues have arisen. Jody, property manager is so helpful, willing, efficient, pleasant and great to deal with.
Tina, Andrew’s Personal Assistant, again is organised, efficient and friendly.
Obviously, the team behind them would be the same.
Any questions I have had have been always followed up and answered promptly and I have always been able to speak to anybody I need quickly.
I found property auctions have been well planned, organised, advertised well and run well.
